About Sandstone

We believe people are a bit like sandstone.

We’re made of tiny particles of energy, held together in solid form, yet always shedding old cells and adding new ones. When each lifetime is over, we return to a purely energetic state.

Sandstone is composed of grains of sand that have been compacted into solid rock. Sand is added and lost over time, and through erosion, the rock eventually becomes sand once again.

At Sandstone Coaching and Healing, we’re here to help you shed the energy that no longer serves you and rediscover who you truly are.

Hi, I’m Kaitlin

I’m a Certified Life Coach, Inner Voice & Past Life Facilitator, and Soul Healer, with training in Somatic Therapy and Astrology. I love approaching healing from a variety of angles, finding what works best for each individual client!

While developing my healing skills, I’ve also spent years on the more traditional side of things, with a career in International Education and the Finance industry. I know how hard it can be to exist within the “real world” and still live a life of alignment.

Whether you’ve already developed a strong connection to your own inner wisdom, or you’re just tapping in, I’m excited to help you find the healthiest, most joyful path forward for you!
